This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

• Your unique ArminoNetwork username and selected profile avatar
• Your account preferences, including light or dark mode
• Games played, game progress, scores, statistics, unlocks, and achievements
• Account verification, email sign-in confirmation, password-reset, session, and security records
• Your phone number, if provided
• Information submitted through contact forms or project inquiry forms
• Details about a project, service request, or business inquiry
• Any other information you choose to send us directly

When you visit our website, we may also automatically collect limited technical and visit information, including:

• Your IP address
• Your browser and device user agent
• The page or website that referred you to ArminoNetwork, if available
• The full page URL visited on our website
• The date and time of the visit

This information may be used to understand website traffic, monitor site activity, improve website performance, and help maintain the security of our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Create, verify, secure, and maintain your ArminoNetwork account
• Synchronize game progress, achievements, preferences, and leaderboards across the site
• Send transactional account emails, including verification, required sign-in codes, and password-reset messages
• Show your recent successful sign-ins and active sessions in your private Profile Security tab, including times, network IP addresses, and browser/device descriptions

• Maintain website security and prevent misuse

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses an essential account session cookie when you sign in and a short-lived, HTTP-only cookie to bind an email sign-in code to the browser that requested it. Neither cookie is used for advertising. We may also use analytics tools or similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to help improve performance and content.

Cookies are small files stored on your device that may help remember preferences or measure website activity.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling the account session cookie will prevent sign-in and synchronized game features from working. See our Cookies Policy for more information.

5. How We Share Information

Authorized YouTube channel analytics

Our optional administrator-only Channel Analytics workspace uses YouTube API Services. A channel owner or their expressly approved administrator must accept this policy and authorize Google read-only access before connecting a channel. We do not collect Google passwords, upload or delete videos, write comments, or automatically respond to viewers.

For connected channels, we store channel and video metadata, authorized performance measurements, historical snapshots, daily reports, retention points, traffic and audience breakdowns where available, public comment text and reply relationships, and collection status. Aggregate audience reports may be limited by Google's privacy thresholds. OAuth tokens are encrypted and kept outside the public website directory. Access is restricted to explicitly approved ArminoNetwork administrators acting for the authorizing channel owner; analytics are not public.

The workspace uses these records to display channel performance and data-quality information. Administrators may explicitly download private reports for their own analysis, including use with an external analysis provider they choose. We do not automatically send channel records to an AI service. Comment exports are optional; identifying profile fields are omitted and text is heuristically filtered, but filtering cannot guarantee removal of all personal information. Export recipients' own privacy policies apply, and administrators should share only what is necessary.

Metadata and comments are refreshed or removed within 30 days. Historical authorized measurements are retained only while continuing channel access and video availability are rechecked. Disconnecting or deleting a channel in the workspace removes its stored authorization and channel records. Revocation detected during collection also removes the records; this requires the scheduled maintenance worker to remain operational. Temporary server-side exports are removed after delivery or failed generation. Administrators remain responsible for managing downloaded copies.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only in limited circumstances, such as:

• With service providers who help operate our website, forms, hosting, analytics, email, or business tools
• When necessary to provide a service you requested
• Where required by law, court order, or lawful government request
• To protect the rights, safety, or security of ArminoNetwork, our users, or others

Any third-party service providers are expected to handle information only as needed to perform their services.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, social media pages, platforms, or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those external websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Maintain an active account and provide synchronized game features
• Respond to inquiries
• Provide requested services
• Maintain business records
• Meet legal, accounting, or operational requirements

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. You can delete your account from your Profile page; deletion removes the account and associated game profile and leaderboard records, subject to limited records we must retain for security or legal reasons.

Your Profile Security tab shows up to 50 successful sign-ins from the last 30 days. Older history is removed as account security activity is processed. Active-session records expire after seven days or are removed when revoked. Network IP addresses can represent a VPN, shared network, or proxy; they do not establish your precise physical location. We do not send these records to an external location-lookup service for the Security tab.

8. Safeguards

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration. Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes, account data is kept outside the public website directory, session cookies are restricted from JavaScript access, and verification codes and active sessions expire. Every new sign-in requires a password followed by a one-time email code. A wrong sign-in code ends that attempt, and codes cannot be reused. You can review account activity and sign out all devices, including your current device, from Profile.

However, no website, email system, or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information online at your own discretion.

9. Accessing or Correcting Your Information

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you or ask that it be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete. Signed-in users can view and manage core account information, preferences, security activity, active sessions, and account deletion from the ArminoNetwork Profile page.

10. Children's Privacy

ArminoNetwork accounts are intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. Account creation requires confirmation that the account holder is 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit accounts for anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information improperly, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of our website after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
